Job Description: ALDI DISTRICT MANAGER POSITION:

• Manage and control district expenses

ALDI DISTRICT MANAGER INTERNSHIP POSITION:

This 10-week internship program immerses you in the District Manager position at ALDI. It’s everything from the fundamentals to participating in executive level District Manager meetings. During your time with us, you’ll shadow the District Manager and Store Manager and learn the essentials of store operations. You’ll also observe how the warehouse and office support our business. Throughout the process, you’ll develop leadership skills from both the observance of and participation in District Manager interactions with store management teams. And your communication skills will grow as you meet with all levels of ALDI employees – from cashiers to the Divisional Vice President.
