The 2013 Big East Career Fair will be held at Madison Square Garden thanks to the cooperation of the Big East Conference.

Metropolitan Exposition Services, Inc. is the designated provider for material handling at the Madison Square Garden Expo Center. Please note that exhibitor move-in is on Friday, March 15, 2013 between 8:00 and 10:00 am. After this time you may have problems finding a freight carrier to deliver your materials directly the career day site.
We recommend that you ship your materials in advance to the Metropolitan Exposition warehouse. This will ensure timely delivery of materials directly to your booth. Please DO NOT send materials directly to Madison Square Garden, as they will not be accepted.
To ship your exhibition materials to the Metropolitan Exposition warehouse, consign your shipment(s) as follows: (use the form attached above):

Materials should arrive between February 2013 and March 2013.
Materials that are delivered to the Metropolitan Exposition warehouse after the receiving deadline of March 15, 2013, will incur a 30% per 100lbs “late delivery” surcharge.

Pre-Arrange Shipment of Remaining Materials After the Event:
Please be advised that the representative from your organization who registered you should have already pre-arranged the shipping of remaining materials at the conclusion of the event. If you have extra recruiting literature, it is essential that you take it with you or arrange to have it shipped. Otherwise, it will be discarded. Our vendor for shipping is Metro Expo. Metro Expo will have a representative at its information booth during the Big East Career Fair if you have any questions regarding the return shipping of your career day materials.
