Career Fair Site - Madison Square Garden
The 2012 Big East Career Fair will be held at Madison Square Garden thanks to the cooperation of the Big East Conference.
LOCATION CHANGE: the Big East Career Fair will know occupy the Theater section of Madison Square Garden .
NEW CAREER FAIR ENTRANCE! -- 33rd Street and 8th Avenue -- enter through the theater entrance, see 10 glass doors located under scaffolding. There is a taxi station on 33rd and 8th, walk toward the Garden. You will see the entrance to Penn Station; at your right, under scaffolding, are the glass doors of the theater entrance that you need to use. If you are coming in on the train, turn left when you exit, take about 10 steps and enter under scaffolding and through glass doors.

Metropolitan Exposition Services, Inc. is the designated provider for material handling at the Madison Square Garden Expo Center. Please note that exhibitor move-in is on Friday, March 9, 2012 between 8:00 and 10:00 am. After this time you may have problems finding a freight carrier to deliver your materials directly the career day site.
We recommend that you ship your materials in advance to the Metropolitan Exposition warehouse. This will ensure timely delivery of materials directly to your booth. Please DO NOT send materials directly to Madison Square Garden, as they will not be accepted.
To ship your exhibition materials to the Metropolitan Exposition warehouse, consign your shipment(s) as follows: (use the form attached above):

Materials should arrive between February 2012 and March 2012.
Materials that are delivered to the Metropolitan Exposition warehouse after the receiving deadline of March 9, 2012, will incur a 30% per 100lbs “late delivery” surcharge.

Pre-Arrange Shipment of Remaining Materials After the Event:
Please be advised that the representative from your organization who registered you should have already pre-arranged the shipping of remaining materials at the conclusion of the event. If you have extra recruiting literature, it is essential that you take it with you or arrange to have it shipped. Otherwise, it will be discarded. Our vendor for shipping is Metro Expo. Metro Expo will have a representative at its information booth during the Big East Career Fair if you have any questions regarding the return shipping of your career day materials.
